The stun is reliable when the scrake is enraged, thus I use the crossbow to stun (bodyshot) the enraged scrake and finish it off with M14. Generally, I do not stun scrake with crossbow, because the stun rate is not 100. Finally, a good game with the mighty crossbow. Not saying this because the game is hard or anything, Im saying this because I find no use for the weapon other than a near guaranteed stun on Scrakes (which loves to not work sometimes). SS is a big ZED specialist, you can use the centerfire, the crossbow, the EBR or the Railgun. You should use crossbow on trashes, the ammo is easily recoverable you can also get a handcannon to help you on the tasks. If it is indeed intended to be part of the weapon's base stats, I'll definitely be terrified to see its killing power in the hands of the Sharpshooter. Looking at the Lever Action Rifle, i can't help but think that it's pretty much a $200 Desert Eagle. To start off the thread, i think the weapons themselves are at a pretty good spot in the absence of that perk, though I feel that they'll definitely need to nerf both weapons in order to account for the Sharpshooter's perk bonuses. we're gonna have to see some inside parts of the scope when we're moving our head to the scope. Think these weapons are ready to be released alongside the Sharpshooter perk, or would you say that they're a tad overpowered for what they are? Maybe they were going for the realism approach since our eyes can't magnetically stay on the scope. ![]()
